April 2015, master Italian jeweler, Bulgari, celebrated the grand opening of its new Miami Design District boutique on Thursday, April 9th at 7:00 p.m.
Celebrity attendance included Emilio Estefan (19-time Grammy Award winning Producer, Entrepreneur and Author); Jon Secada (2-time Grammy award winning singer and songwriter); Natalia Jimenez (Spanish pop sensation, former lead singer of the Spanish pop band La 5ª Estación.); Alberto Festa (President of Bulgari North America); and Candela Ferro (TV personality and fashion writer).
Other notable guests included Rita Cabases, Alejandra Calbimonte, Susu Cheung, Bruno Delgranado, Luis Garcia-Fanjul, Jenny Lopez, Belkys Nerey, Oscar Seikaly and Carole Seikaly and Jennifer Valoppi.
In conjunction with the grand opening celebration, Bulgari debuted its exhibition of its much famed The Natura Collection during the exclusive VIP cocktail event. The Natura Collection, consisting of approximately 26 notable pieces of jewelry from Bulgari’s High Jewelry Collection, includes historic masterpieces from the company museum headquarters in Rome.
April 2015, Miu Miu celebrated its new store opening in the Miami Design District. In partnership with ArtBinder, Miu Miu held an exclusive cocktail reception at the new space, followed by a dinner at The Cypress Room. Prominent figures in the art, fashion, and entertainment business were in attendance including Alexandra Chemla, Natalie Joos, Casey Fremont Crowe, Marlies Verhoeven, Meg Sharpe, Andi Potamkin, Craig Robins, Jackie Soffer, Marita Stavrou, Ines Rivero, Bree Mortimer, Martina Basabe, and Lola Ponce. The space, designed by the architect Roberto Baciocchi, extends over two floors and a total surface area of 505 square meters and is dedicated to accessory, bag, footwear and ready-to-wear collections.
APRIL 16, 2015, Anthony Ledru, President and CEO of Louis Vuitton Americas, hosted opening of the new Miami's Design District store located at 140 NE 39th Street.
Louis Vuitton’s store in Miami’s Design District offers a unique and comprehensive assortment of Men's and Women's travel, ready-to-wear, leathergoods, shoes and accessories to Miami’s local clients and international visitors. The façade was designed by Japanese architect Jun Aoki in collaboration with Mirei Uchibe and is an abstract representation of the Maison's iconic Damier pattern. The interior is a nod to the architectural history of Miami Beach with Art Deco and tropical modernist influences. The new space provides clients with a truly superior shopping experience including original artworks by contemporary artists, a gallery space and VIP pavilion with landscaped rooftop courtyard.
During March/April 2015, The Patton Group was the agency of record representing LACOSTE on behalf of their official partnership with the Miami Open. The Patton Group was hired to generate press, assist with event logistics, and create buzz and excitement in Miami and the South Florida region surrounding a series of events leading up to the tournament.
Throughout the city, consumers had multiple places to #SpotTheCrocMIA - snap pictures of LACOSTE’s famed crocodile logo on social media for the chance to win VIP tickets to the Miami Open.
March 2015, LOEWE, the Spanish luxury leather house, celebrated the debut of its first North American store since Jonathan Anderson became the brand’s creative director. The evening consisted of an in-store cocktail, followed by a special dinner at the Rubell Family Collection. Notable attendees to the event included International blogger Bryan Yambao a.k.a. BryanBoy, models Ines Rivero & Amanda Murphy, freelance fashion editor Kim Caceres, art collectors Anthony Spinello & Agustina Woodgate, as well as many others.
LOEWE began in 1846 in Madrid as a cooperative of leather artisans and is part of LVMH. In 2014, newly-appointed creative director Jonathan Anderson launched a reconfiguration of the brand, reinterpreting its core values and visual identity for today. By connecting past and present with cultural awareness and a timely edit of products, Anderson has created a template for the future. The new Miami boutique in the Design District joins LOEWE’s online store and existing network of stockists in selected US cities, including New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Costa Mesa, San Francisco, Dallas, and Boston.
On Tuesday, June 23, UrbanDaddy continued the Grey Goose Summer Soirée series in Miami at the 1 Hotel South Beach. Co-hosts John Temerian of Lou La Vie and Simonett Pereira of Style Mafia welcomed Miami’s elite to a French-summer inspired evening with cocktails and backyard games.
Attendees were greeted with a choice of six refreshing citrus-infused cocktails provided by Grey Goose and bites provided by 1 Hotel. On the Cabana Pool Deck, guests socialized and played life-sized chess and Jenga, while taking in the oceanfront view. DJ YSL set the mood for the evening with chilled out electronic beats while guests ordered cocktails from bartenders and waitresses wearing French-inspired blue and white stripes. To enter for a chance to win a trip to France, guests were encouraged to create their own Summer Soirée videos at the GIF booths.
Summer Soirée hosts John Temerian and Simonett Pereira mingled with special guests including Jake Miller (Warner Bros. Records recording artist), Charles N'Zogbia (professional footballer, Aston Villa), Zuleyka Rivera (Miss Universe 2006), Annie Vazquez (award-winning fashion blogger) and Shaune Fraser (former Olympic swimmer).

A previously unrealized beach house designed by modernist architect Charlotte Perriand in 1934 was constructed and furnished by French fashion house Louis Vuitton.
On Thursday, January 15th, British lifestyle brand Ted Baker London celebrated the opening of its new Miami Beach store with a private preview event. Miami influencers Gino Campodonico, Netty Del, Juanjose Rangel, Rachael Russell, Jhon Jairo Santos and Jasmine Stewart were on-site at 1111 Lincoln Road to lead the celebration. The store opened to the public the following morning on Friday, January 16th.
Among the guests in attendance Thursday evening were Paul Griffin (EVP of Retail at Ted Baker London - North America), Candela Ferro (Telemundo Host/Model), Pablo Duggan (Argentine TV Host), Laurencio Adot (Fashion Designer) and Nina Surel (artist), to name a few. Specialty frozen cocktails with Zacapa Rum were served, accompanied by a special performance by The French Horn. Illustrator Mia Mandela customized Ted Baker totes for guests with their very own self portrait.
The new 1,743 square foot space draws inspiration from Miami’s vibrant art deco architecture and colorful surroundings that Florida offers. The store’s design celebrates the Sunshine State’s glorious weather while giving a nod to Ted’s British heritage. Kitschy cocktails and cocktail umbrellas adorn the space, while images of British beach huts can be seen on the wall through the warped nature of a glass tumbler. Launching with Ted’s Spring Summer ’15 womenswear, menswear and accessories collections, the new store is the perfect setting to launch Ted’s newest collection.
During opening weekend, shoppers enjoyed a special gift with purchase along with giveaways and complimentary refreshments, while one lucky winner received a $1,000 Ted Baker shopping spree.
